TuTeck Technologies today announced the appointment of Ashis Ray to the position of Chief Value & Advisory Officer (CVAO). This strategic pivot signals TuTeck’s transition into high-stakes Business Consulting and advisory, moving beyond technology implementation to architecting data-driven corporate strategy.
As organizations face increasing pressure to capture the AI dividend, Mr. Ray will lead a specialized Business Transformation Advisory division. His mandate is to resolve complex C-suite pain points by mapping them to AI-first architectures that redefine operational efficiency and market positioning.
A central pillar of the new CVAO office is the institutionalization of Value Engineering. Mr. Ray will oversee the development of rigorous ROI frameworks and business cases required to justify large-scale capital allocation toward digital assets. This “Outcome-First” approach ensures that AI initiatives are not merely technological successes, but financial ones. Under his leadership, the firm will define precise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success criteria that ensure every engagement delivers measurable business impact.
