Client Requirement

Our customer from USA is an AI Research company focusing on Rare Diseases and clinical trials wants to build an AI Agentic platform to enable Self Service platform for doctors and Healthcare assistants which will have predictive, prescriptive chat interface for patient health analysis with analytics dashboard to display different health related KPIs.

What We Did

  • Utilized Apache Superset for an open-source analytical dashboard.
  • Implemented AWS Glue to load EHR data into AWS S3 and RDS.
  • Built an SQL engine using Athena and Glue Catalog.
  • Integrated Apache Superset with AWS Athena.
  • Integrated with Sonnet, Claude and Llama for generative AI with RAG implementation
  • Developed a self-service BI dashboard for patient data visualization.
