Samantak Panda (Sam) is the visionary Founder and CEO of TuTeck Technologies, where he is driving innovation to redefine the role of technology in solving real-world challenges.
With over two decades of expertise in consulting and product management, Sam has become a recognised leader in the fields of data, cloud computing, and AI-ML. His professional journey spans diverse industries such as finance, insurance, education, retail, and FMCG, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver impactful solutions. Sam’s approach is deeply rooted in a mission to transform businesses by fostering innovation and leveraging technology to help organisations become more customer-centric and data-driven.
Before establishing TuTeck, Sam amassed invaluable experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes for Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure with global giants like Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, and ServiceNow, he earned a reputation for his strategic insights, technical expertise, and ability to deliver complex projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
Under Sam’s visionary leadership, TuTeck is spearheading groundbreaking initiatives, including the development of EdukkaSEN. This innovative platform is the world’s first AI and ML-powered learning marketplace dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, such as Autism, Dyslexia, and Cerebral Palsy. The initiative embodies Sam’s unwavering belief that “No one should be left behind,” reflecting his commitment to creating a more inclusive, equitable, and accessible world for all.

Meet our Senior Vice President
Soumya is a seasoned leader in Data Analytics, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing P&L responsibilities and delivering large-scale data analytics portfolios, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Life Sciences sectors. He has an impressive track record of building data management practices from the ground up, forging strategic partnerships, providing technical leadership, and engaging in public speaking to share his insights.
Soumya’s extensive portfolio includes leading transformative Data Modernisation initiatives leveraging cutting-edge platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. He has also managed complex multi-country, multi-domain Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality engagements, along with delivering niche analytics solutions tailored to specific business needs.
During his nearly 20-year tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Soumya rose to the position of Senior Director, where he was instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale data initiatives. Following this, he spent a year with LTI Mindtree as an Associate Vice President, further enhancing his leadership and technical expertise.
A recognised expert in Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance, Soumya is a senior technologist with deep technical acumen and a passion for helping organisations harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and achieve business success. Pratik, the Director of Technology Consulting, plays a pivotal role in driving Business Development and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. His responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing the execution of innovative IT solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Before joining TuTeck, Pratik co-founded and served as the Director of OPA Technology Solutions, a technology start-up focused on delivering tailored IT solutions. In this role, he gained invaluable entrepreneurial experience, spearheading various initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Pratik also brings extensive expertise from his tenure with tier-one IT companies, including Oracle Financial, TCG Digital, and Cognizant, where he worked as a senior consultant. During this time, he honed his skills in consulting, technology implementation, and managing complex IT projects for clients across industries.
With a strong background in both entrepreneurship and consulting, Pratik combines strategic vision with hands-on experience to deliver impactful IT solutions that empower businesses to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

Partha is a highly regarded engineering thought leader with over 22 years of extensive experience in the dynamic fields of software design and development. His expertise spans diverse domains and technologies, making him a versatile and innovative professional.
Before joining TuTeck, Partha built a distinguished career in both product-based and consulting organisations, including Wefivesoft, WIPRO Technologies, Adapt Technologies, and Apt Software Avenues (P) Ltd. These experiences allowed him to develop a holistic understanding of the software industry, encompassing both the technical and strategic aspects of engineering leadership.
Partha has consistently excelled in leadership roles, where he has successfully overseen and executed a wide range of projects. His portfolio includes architecting and developing cutting-edge Mobile, IoT, Web, and Cloud applications. In addition to his technical expertise, he has managed large, multidisciplinary teams of developers, ensuring that projects are delivered with precision, innovation, and adherence to the highest quality standards.

Prasun is the Senior Director – Head of IT Managed Services at TuTeck Technologies, bringing 25 years of diverse experience in technology and service delivery.
Prior to TuTeck, Prasun spent nearly 15 years at Cognizant, where he progressed from Associate to Service Delivery Director, managing global delivery for multiple international banks. Before Cognizant, he worked at BigTree Entertainment (formerly Star TV Group) in the Media and Entertainment domain, starting as an MS Developer/Database Developer and rising to Technology Manager by 2004.
Prasun is passionate about human psychology, the philosophy of life, inspirational leadership, and leveraging technology innovation to build effective business strategies. He finds inspiration in relationships, believing each is an opportunity to learn something positive. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books on leadership and psychology, developing technology strategies, and contributing to Ichhe Dana, a school he co-founded to support underprivileged children.
An admirer of nature, Prasun loves visiting hill stations and considers true success to be finding happiness and flow in work that improves life for himself and those around him.
